Testimonials
In a word: Fantastic! My son Ross attended the academy over the winter session, with myself observing. I truly believe that every player, regardless of age, skill or position can benefit from this training experience. Every practice session was well planned and very “touch” intensive, meaning all the drills were focused, fast, and a great opportunity to learn how to really handle the ball and think like a striker! The staff was excellent. Always gentle, but never soft on the kids; they always expected them to work hard to improve. I will continue to recommend this program to all soccer fanatics that I come in contact with

Paul has spent this last year attending a bunch of keeper clinics and that included the Rochester Elite Goalkeeping Academy with Brian Elniski and Shawn Beldue. At each clinic, Paul learned a different skill and that was no different with this academy. Brian and Shawn focused on different keeper tasks and skills and were very helpful and encouraging with every one. The ratio of player to coach was great! Lots of time for individual attention and there was even additional training times offered after the academy ended. This was a great program and Paul is looking forward to continuing his relationship with them next year.

Our club, Niagara Pioneer, engaged Rochester Elite Soccer Academy for two goalkeeper clinics in this year. Brian and Shawn were excellent with all of the GK's, and provided great training. They also provided the team coaches with great tips on training keepers. Brian followed up with us several times after the clinics to reinforce some of the training tips. We hope to continue to work with them in the future.

"Two years ago the Penfield Rangers Soccer Club employed Brian Elniski as the goalkeeper coach for our program. This past year Brian added Shawn Beldue to work with him. The results have been terrific. The improvement in the players who have participated in the training has been outstanding. As a result we are building a pipeline of kids who enjoy playing the goalkeeper position because they have had more exposure to the correct way to play in that role. Because of this there will likely be a larger number of players to are both interested in being full time keepers when they are old enough, and who enjoy playing the position. Most important...The feedback from the players and their parents is that kids have fun during the training sessions. It's a win-win for our club and the players!"

Coach, Penfield Rangers Soccer Club
Coach Elniski has been a valued member of our coaching staff. The goal keeper position is often overlooked. Since bringing Coach Elniski into our youth travel program the quality of our goal keepers has improved greatly. Coach Elniski's skill, teaching methodology, and ability to connect with the players are very good.

The Penfield Strikers have had the pleasure of having Brian and Shawn work with our keepers for over a year now. They have held sessions for our U12+ keepers as well as our U11 and below teams. The U12+ keepers have clearly benefited from the training provided. They have gained confidence which is critical to success as a goalie. The Strikers require all U10 and below players to take a turn in goal. Brian and Shawn held training sessions for the younger teams which were very well received. They also held training for our coaches on the goalie position. Immediate feedback from our coaches regarding these sessions was a request for more of them which is as positive a comment you can get. They have been excellent resources for our club!
