About Us

Rochester Elite Soccer Academy (RESA) headquarters are located at the Premier Sports Facility in Webster, NY.

Train at our state of the art facility, or we will come to you and make it easy for your team or club to train at home. RESA provides year round clinics and mini camps for young men and women ages 9 -17.

We provide coaching clinics and individual training as well. RESA can custom design a camp to your specific team needs. Call us at (585) 737-7113.

Brian Elniski

Brian is the RESA's Director of Coaching. He has a NSCAA Advanced National Coaching Diploma and over 20 years of coaching and playing experience. Brian has played semi-professionally, and has coached and played on club, college, and high school teams.

Shawn Beldue

Rochester native Shawn has a NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma and a USSF D license. He has over 20 years coaching and playing experience at various levels.

Kelly Besaw

Kelly has a USSF D license, has coached teens and children of all ages, and has over 20 years playing experience.

Dan Slocum

Dan has played soccer locally at the Rochester Institute of Technology and Bishop Kearny High School teams. He has a NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma and a USSF E license.

Charles Maxwell

Charles has a NSCAA State Goalkeeping Diploma and a USSF E license. He played soccer on the Monroe Community College and Pittsford Mendon High School teams.

Pat Breen

Pat has a NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma and a USSF E license. He played soccer in college at Oswego and in high school at Pal Mac.

Joel Mezzio

Joel has a USSF D License. He has been coaching for 5 years and has 23 years of playing experience.

Josh Kline

Josh has a NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma and a USSF State Goalkeeping Diploma. He played on the Pittsford Mendon High School team.

Shana Cialini

Shana has a USSF “E” license.  She played soccer in college at Plattsburg State and locally for Irondequoit High School.

Jon has been coaching for over thirty five years and holds a USSF National B License.  Jon has coached every level of soccer including Pro-AM, collegiate and high school.

"The Penfield Strikers have had the pleasure of having Brian and Shawn work with our keepers for over a year now. They have held sessions for our U12+ keepers as well as our U11 and below teams. The U12+ keepers have clearly benefited from the training provided. They have gained confidence which is critical to success as a goalie.
